The plumber is going to replace the grease trap in the 7th floor kitchen this morning. The kitchen will be closed for approximately 2 hours starting at 10:15 am. The odor during this procedure is very nasty. They will do their best to air the room out after the plumber is finished. It is suggested you may want to remove your lunch from the kitchen prior to 10:15."

The kitchen is now open. The plumber will be back tomorrow morning at 6:00 am to fix the grease trap. The kitchen will be closed until approximately 8:00 AM. If you arrive before 8:00, you will not be able to go in the kitchen. The odor will be very nasty."
